Good afternoon, I would like to express a concern regarding the last couple of visits at Trini Salon, first, I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and have never request anything from Trini before but I don't feel comfortable and wanted to feel great every time I walk in at Trini. Secondly, I feel that if last Thursday I spent $270.00 which is a little expensive, I am expecting that my hair stylist Alex take care of me from the beginning to the end. I do not want any body else but Alex to do my hair during my visit. If this is something that it can be done, I will continue to be your client. I do not like to be pushed to buy services or products from you. In several occasions I have requested a level 1 service, you say it is on, then when it is my turn you find an excuse to say that level 1 are not available. I hate that!

The person who did my wax did a great job but during the entire time she was pushing me to also get additional services and to book my next appointment with her ASAP. I felt a lot of pressure and that she was too pushy.

The manicurist was super nice and she knows how to do her job but $30 for a manicure is too expensive. It should cost no more than $20 + tip In NY for $40 you get mani-pedi during lunchtime in 55minutes Pedicure in a massage chair and after the manicure they massage (rub your shoulders with Their hands for 3 minutes ) before you go. Sometimes 2 manicurist at once. That’s service! i don’t need a rose to make my manicure special.
