Good afternoon, I would like to express a concern regarding the last couple of visits at Trini Salon, first, I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and have never request anything from Trini before but I don't feel comfortable and wanted to feel great every time I walk in at Trini. Secondly, I feel that if last Thursday I spent $270.00 which is a little expensive, I am expecting that my hair stylist Alex take care of me from the beginning to the end. I do not want any body else but Alex to do my hair during my visit. If this is something that it can be done, I will continue to be your client. I went there for an ordinary pedicure and left the place after +2h feeling robbed. Other clients was taken care of while I was left in treatments I never asked for. It was really a disappointment. And the price was more then three times the scheduled fee. It was so obvious that they took the opportunity to take advantage of me as a tourist. Not a good feeling.
