The shampoo woman should be a little more forceful. When I come in I would like to feel I’m getting a nice massage during my shampoo and conditioner.

I understand the price for services is left to the professional’s level of experience, but the price should also reflect the level of complexity or difficulty of the service. I had a simple hair cut, no complexity whatsoever. I felt the price charged for my level of service was too much. While the experience was good and the ambiance was fine, I don’t think I will go back again as the service was too expensive for the service I received.
