Lori was absolutely wonderful. She explained things and took the time to make sure I understood how to work with my curly hair :) My first visit was everything I could have hoped for.

There is only one overhead dryer back in the corner. someone was using it while I was there, so couldn't use. While it works well, it seems not in very good condition. I would get another overhead dryer to better serve your clients. Other than that the salon is very beautiful inside. My stylist, Gail, did a great job on my curly hair, she was willing to shape it more a second time and I am very happy.

Loved the haircut but I bought a hair product for $29. I went out to my car and looked that product up online and found it for $13. I went back into the store to return it and they wouldn’t give me a credit back on my credit card. I had to take a store credit. I disagree with that practice. The comment made to me was” don’t give the proceeds of this product to amazon , give it to our store”. I’d rather keep it in my own pocket. There was little effort to please me and I had no choice but to take the store credit.
