I took both of my sons in. One woman was pleasant, but the other was (in my opinion) rude. It’s a kid’s hair salon, I get that it is hard to be in a good mood all of the time, so they both could have made any sort of effort to be friendly to me and nicer to my kids.

I had an appt yet they took the person who walked in before me making me wait. What's the point in making an appt if you are not going to honor the time?

Not a great experience this time. Our fault to an extent as we didn’t book with someone we know. His neck is all scraped up and he’s very irritated. Now over half an hour after the cut he’s still crying and rubbing his neck.

People have recommended this place as a sensory friendly place for kids. I do not think it is sensory friendly when there are multiple tvs blaring, lots of noise, and kids that are frightened to get their hair cut. The space is open, and to a child with sensory needs, this was not the best decision. The sound is extremely intense and overwhelming. Your establishment is great for kids, but it wasn’t as sensory friendly as I had hoped. Our stylist did her best and made the effort, given the difficulty of the situation. I was very pleased with her attempts, but I do know the environment took its toll on my child.

We did not have a pleasant experience. Our hairstylist was not very open to our ideas or suggestions even though she used words that wanted us to think she did. But her tone, actions and body language indicated otherwise. We may consider going to a different place the next time.

I made an appointment for both of my sons to get their hair cut at the same time, with two specific people they had seen before. In fact, I waited over a week and a half until I could schedule with those two girls. Then neither of them were even there and we had to wait over 20 minutes past our appointment time and then they didn’t even get their hair cut at the same time—extending everything even longer. And maybe even worse, no one there even acknowledged any of this. Unfortunately we probably won’t be returning.

I am very sorry to hear that your visit didn't go as planned today. I would like to know more about what went wrong so that I can make sure that it doesn't happen again. I spoke to the manager right away and she checked the appointment book and didn't see that anyone was marked incorrectly with the wrong person. They certainly would have tried to accomodate you had they known that something was wrong. The ladies that were there tonight have been managers for many years and take great care in their salon and the customer service that is offered. Can you tell me your children's names?
