Overall a good experience. Very short waiting time and not very crowded at least at the time we went. However, the stylist was not very talkative and the printer was not working so couldn't have the picture for baby first haircut certificate.

We had an appointment and it was 30 minutes late and that's only because I asked when it was our turn. We were skipped. Nothing was done to "fix" the problem.

The hairdresser told me she would keep some of the curls in the back of his head, but she cut it too short. She also cut the bangs too short when I expressly said to leave them just long enough that that weren't in his face at bathtime. For the price it's what I expect, but his haircut could have been better. The first person he saw from this location did a wonderful job, but I don't think she works there anymore.
