It was awkward when they disclosed loudly what our total was and if we would like to leave a tip with our stylist standing right there. Would prefer to tip privately.

This time we had good service and staff was very friendly and helpful. We have a shy 2 year old and our last appointment had to be rescheduled because the staff member was "too busy" and because our son was having a difficult time adjusting to the new environment causing a delay. My husband was upset at the prior experience but since it was the only bad experience we had at Cookie Cutters we decided to try one more time. We had a different staff member do the second try cut and it went well.
