Here's some honest feedback... I loved the adorable seats and the option to watch TV to keep the kids distracted! The stickers that you want to kids to look at to have them look down looked really picked at and old. I would have liked the hair dresser to give her recommendation on my child's cut. She just asked if I wanted a straight across cut, and it was her 1st cut...what were my options? Everyone was super friendly and made my daughter feel calm and comfortable! Loved the smell of the detangler!!!

Dawn does so well with our boys' hair! And I booked appointments on the wrong day and they were still able to accommodate me in a timely manner.

Given the rise of the Delta variant and the fact that Cookie Cutters caters to children, most of whom are too young to be vaccinated, I was upset to see employees not wearing masks while cutting kids’ hair. While we think the service is great, we will not be returning until our kids are vaccinated and/or they change their masking requirements.

Our experience was mostly good. The salon was very busy on a Saturday morning, and that was expected. Our stylist was great! And did a fantastic job with my child. My only criticism was with the receptionist. We were not greeted at all nor did we have much communication when we checked out. In fact, he barely looked up from his phone or computer. This is the reason for not giving a 10 for service received.
