My son has been going to cookie cutters Dublin, OH for 6 years... he always gets a great haircut and everyone is very friendly and professional... Today we were 5 minutes early for our scheduled appointment, and waited until maybe 10 minutes past our scheduled appointment until we were called... no big deal... until someone else walked in after our scheduled time passed and was taken immediately to a chair while we continued to wait... kinda rubbed me the wrong way as we we're still waiting... Maybe this other person requested a specific stylist and I totally understand that... if this was the case it should've been communicated to me... someone else may have caused a ruckus, luckily I'm not that type of person... I'll continue to take my son to cookie cutters... you asked so I answered.. thank you.
