Theresa was very nice and talked to both of my children through both of their haircuts and was very patient with them. We’ll definitely go back to this location.

Janet was great! My child is difficult with haircuts, literally kicking and screaming. Janet was super calm and efficient, as well as kind. I would definitely book with her again.

Our son has been very scared of getting his haircut but his stylist, Darcy, was so wonderful with him that he didn't even shed one tear!

The lady who cut Luke's hair was super nice and very good with him. He does not like his haircut (4 1/2) years old, and she was very good with him.

The woman at the front desk did not greet us with any kind of warm welcome or smile. I recognize that we came in on Saturday, which I can imagine being a very busy day and she was perhaps just tired. However, as a parent bringing a child in for a service that might be intimidating for them, being greeted warmly with a smile is an important aspect of customer relations. We had an appointment and walked in literally right on time. When we walked in there was a woman at the counter paying for her child's haircut, and the woman at the desk simply looked up, shifted the sign-in clipboard toward me and continued with the other customer's transaction. They were not mid-conversation, so she could have smiled and said hello and asked me to sign in, alas, this was not the interaction at this visit. I hope future visits are different.
