My son went from long hair to a very short cut. He’s never had his hair cut in a salon before and tends to be a little sensitive when getting his hair cut. Our stylist (Ansley) was patient, kind and reassuring to any of his hesitations. His hair turned out wonderful and it was a fantastic experience!

We generally had a lovely experience at Cookie Cutters (as always). The only reason I ranked "environment" and "how were you treated" as a 9 instead of a 10 is that when we were signing in at the counter and our stylist was trying to talk to me and my son, the other stylist sitting at the counter kept talking to our stylist. So much as to call her back over to look at a picture on her cell phone after our stylist had walked around the counter to speak to my son.
