The staff were courteous and professional. The hairdresser was kind, gentle, and efficient. For simple cuts, I'm not sure that it is really worth the cost, but I was very pleased with the work and quickness of the visit. My main complaint would be all the screens; it was very off-putting. There was a nice play area to contain toddlers, and that is much appreciated!

We love Cookie Cutters! The prices have gone up significantly since we started there over 10 years ago. Darcy is worth every dollar. She does an outstanding job and is very kind.

This was my son's first real haircut and I had no idea what to tell the stylist but she did a fantastic job. His hair looks great, I can tell the thinks so too.
