Very patient while my almost 2 year old cried in the airplane until she suggested I hold him. He stopped crying and rest of the haircut was great!

I wish i could remember the stylists name who cut my sons hair because she was amazing, but overall cookie cutters has the best staff! I dont know what it is about them but my son wont even flinch when he gets his hair cut here unlike at other places.

The woman at the front desk did not greet us with any kind of warm welcome or smile. I recognize that we came in on Saturday, which I can imagine being a very busy day and she was perhaps just tired. However, as a parent bringing a child in for a service that might be intimidating for them, being greeted warmly with a smile is an important aspect of customer relations. We had an appointment and walked in literally right on time. When we walked in there was a woman at the counter paying for her child's haircut, and the woman at the desk simply looked up, shifted the sign-in clipboard toward me and continued with the other customer's transaction. They were not mid-conversation, so she could have smiled and said hello and asked me to sign in, alas, this was not the interaction at this visit. I hope future visits are different.
