Thank you. My father in law is a barber but my son will not sit still or stop wriggling enough for him to cut his hair. At Cookie Cutters, my son sits calmly while your professional staff work quickly and kindly and calmly to give him the perfect cut with no tears. Thank you, from a mom who's stressed out, this is a happy place where we're guaranteed an easy time and a good result.

The actual haircut was okay, quick, friendly, and it looks fine. The person sitting at the desk when I arrived almost completely ignored us. When the hair cut was over, the stylist dumped hair all over my son's lap and back. I proceeded to the desk to pay. A trainee was working at the counter. Anther employee was instructing her to write down my credit card number, exp date, and security code. I stopped them, asked why they were writing my information, and was abruptly told their credit card machine was broken. They didn't let me know about this beforehand and when I expressed concern and asked if the information would be shredded, secured, etc. she rudely answered "I don't know. you're welcome to pay cash if it's a problem." they had several customers information already written down and just sitting out on the counter. Luckily, I had enough cash to pay for it and was acknowledged in no other way after that, even as my son was asking for a token for the prize machine. They didn't answer him and he was crying about it by the time we got to the door. I seriously doubt I will come back anytime soon.

I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service that you received at our reception desk. I am the owner and was on the phone with the young lady at the desk who had come in on her day off to try to help them. Their focus was on trying fix it and I know they were very overwhelmed and may not have been as attentive as they should have been. It turned out to be a digital connection issue and thankfully is now resolved but I am sorry that you were there to see us at our worst. Typically our customers are very happy with their visit but clearly we let you down. I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider giving us another chance.
