Dawn always cuts my son's hair to perfection. It was obvious the salon was understaffed today but Dawn was handling it with excellence.

We generally had a lovely experience at Cookie Cutters (as always). The only reason I ranked "environment" and "how were you treated" as a 9 instead of a 10 is that when we were signing in at the counter and our stylist was trying to talk to me and my son, the other stylist sitting at the counter kept talking to our stylist. So much as to call her back over to look at a picture on her cell phone after our stylist had walked around the counter to speak to my son.
