We love Cookie Cutters! They are great with my two-year-old son who is anxious about haircuts. My seven-year-old daughter loves going to get her hair cut, and her stylist did a fantastic job of translating her description of what she wanted into an adorable cut. We also botched our appointment (came at the wrong time) and they were so nice about rescheduling us later on the same day. They know their stuff when it comes to kids *and* parents. Great value for the price, and very friendly atmosphere.

Not happy about Angelina's hair cut at all. The stylist is very inexperienced and cut her hair extremely short

I am very sorry that you are not happy with her haircut. We do offer a 2 week haircut guarantee and hope you will consider bringing her back in so that a manager can try to make it right. Maybe give her hair about 10 days to grow a little and then book an appointment with Darcy or Dawn. Please explain the situation when you call so that they can take proper care. None of the stylists that work at Cookie Cutters are inexperienced but we certainly take this opportunity to offer continued training. The woman that cut my sons hair was terrible! She cut his hair crooked and missed a big chunk of hair that I saw when leaving and came back in to ask her to fix it. She ignored me at first and then acted annoyed when I asked her to fix my sons hair before starting another child’s. We have always received amazing service from here but we were incredibly disappointed today! If we choose to return, we will be making sure we have a different stylist!
