I had always avoided going to cookie cutters w/ my first son because I thought it would be chaotic, but when my daughter came along and needed more attention w/ her hair, I decided to try it out. We have only been there twice, but we are very happy. Great job!

They did a great job! I wish I remembered our haircutter’s name because she did a fantastic job and was very patient with our 2 year old who is always slightly terrified of getting his hair cut. Will definitely be coming back!

Due to covid, I thought I would be asked to sanitize my hands upon entrance also having the professional to sanitize her hands in front of me. As much As it is asked From costumers to call before getting in a way to make sure that the previous client had left, people walked in and waited for their appointment time. The place showed to adapted to the current situation I write this to help in improvement, not to criticize We love cookie cutters

1. If you are requiring parents to wear a mask they should not be charged for them. It is not required by the state so if your company requires them they need to be provided for free. Not everyone has or wears a mask out. 2. Your staff should be handing the mask out instead of having the customers grabbing them. Its pointless for the mask if every customer is coming im and touching all over the mask and box. If that person has COVID-19 and is asymptomatic the next person that comes in and grabs a mask is going to touch the contaminated box. 3. The lady cutting my sons hair was rude as hell. I walked over and set my son in the chair and he started to cry. He started holding his breath and turning blue and all she kept telling me was to get a mask. Im sorry but that the last thing on my mind when my son is holding his breath. She was very unprofessional. Again, if the mask thing is such a big deal you need to hand them out when parents walk in the door !
