Love Cookie Cutters! Theresa helped my son go from terrified of cuts to happy to be there. She was helpful, calm and supportive throughout- not to mention a great cut even when he wasn’t a pleasant client at times. Thank you!

I highly recommend this place. My husband and I were worried that he would not be still for the hair cut. He was not. However he was no match for his stylist. His hair cut was perfect.

So when I walked in, the girl pointed to the other girl and we walked over to her. She did not introduce herself, I said, you are Lindsey? She did not have a child friendly attitude and just stood there. I expressed that we had been seeing Kara and were told she's not there anymore. I shared how I would like the haircut and she started. This experience was NOT at all FUN and honestly I had a coupon but still it's an expensive haircut at 16.95!! I expect better service and quality. Now that I'm home, I had my husband look at him and he noticed a bald space where she cut it too much. Ugh, it shouldn't be this hard to find someone who can do a good job. BTW, I also have 2 other children and I'm thinking of shopping else where now.
