Was five minutes late and unaware of late policy. Ok with kids that’s tough, but fine. Was willing to wait. But the woman who greeted was EXTREMELY rude. I was so taken aback I almost left, and was uncomfortable with her the entire appointment. First haircut was okay. It was a Toddler girls haircut and it is uneven in the back. My daughter had a fine time and was comfortable there. I was not. Will not be returning. Poor customer service and poor haircut. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to this experience with my daughter and it was not what i expected.

We always got to the Dublin location; we can see the same stylists who recognize my kids and do a gray job time and time again. My daughters love going there and have been since they were little; my oldest is now 11 and still likes going. I had a less than great experience at the hilliard location but have never been disappointed at the Dublin location.

This was our first haircut for our child and enjoyed our experience. I rated a little lower in place because there was a minor smell of cigarettes that was off putting. The stylist that did our child’s hair was great! Very patient and provided good advice for styling. The price was a bit high but was provided a certificate, photo and bag or hair. Would recommend.

I’m very satisfied for the service I received, the service was 500 percent better then funky scissors. Down did a excellent job .

We came for a bang rim. It looks so uneven. We were told she would trim till eyebrows but it has been cut so short. Bad experience! Can't believe we had to spend this much for a bad haircut!
