This is the second time my son had a small scratch after getting a haircut. The first time was near his eye and I left a feedback about it too. My son has special needs and he does not like the sound of the razor so they try to use scissors. We try and help out on holding him still while getting his cut. But they should be extra careful next time. Staffs are great as well as the haircut but it makes me feel scared as a parent to see that my child gets just even a small scratch and maybe even worst next time.

The woman that cut my sons hair was terrible! She cut his hair crooked and missed a big chunk of hair that I saw when leaving and came back in to ask her to fix it. She ignored me at first and then acted annoyed when I asked her to fix my sons hair before starting another child’s. We have always received amazing service from here but we were incredibly disappointed today! If we choose to return, we will be making sure we have a different stylist!

It’s a kid friendly place, but not a mom friendly place. I have been flat out told no about hair styles I would like my child to have. Such as thinning out thicker hair, which I know can be done, but I got told no anyway. It is also an expensive haircut to give a child, so having to argue with your stylist is even more aggravating.

We were given quite the attitude when describing how we wanted our child's hair cut. We tried to explain that we didn't want his bangs cut straight across his forehead and for some reason that caused some irritation for our stylist. She ended up doing a really great job. It's a shame because we won't be going back to that location again after that...

I made an appointment for both of my sons to get their hair cut at the same time, with two specific people they had seen before. In fact, I waited over a week and a half until I could schedule with those two girls. Then neither of them were even there and we had to wait over 20 minutes past our appointment time and then they didn’t even get their hair cut at the same time—extending everything even longer. And maybe even worse, no one there even acknowledged any of this. Unfortunately we probably won’t be returning.

We did not have a pleasant experience. Our hairstylist was not very open to our ideas or suggestions even though she used words that wanted us to think she did. But her tone, actions and body language indicated otherwise. We may consider going to a different place the next time.
