I took my 1 year old son in for his first haircut and brought a picture of what I had in mind I asked for it not to be too short. It ended up being much shorter than I wanted and the back around the neck and ears looks terrible. I’m so disappointed in how it turned out.

I asked for only a small amount to be cut I wanted some curls left she cut the hair very short and kept wanting me to hold his head. I told her two times it was short enough and she kept cutting.

The place was very nice and I do think the stylist did her best with the situation. My son started crying towards the end of his haircut and we where not able to finish it. His front was not cut very well and is very short bangs. The back of his head is a bit uneven and not done. I do think that his crying was a big factor and I understand that this is out of the stylist control.

So when I walked in, the girl pointed to the other girl and we walked over to her. She did not introduce herself, I said, you are Lindsey? She did not have a child friendly attitude and just stood there. I expressed that we had been seeing Kara and were told she's not there anymore. I shared how I would like the haircut and she started. This experience was NOT at all FUN and honestly I had a coupon but still it's an expensive haircut at 16.95!! I expect better service and quality. Now that I'm home, I had my husband look at him and he noticed a bald space where she cut it too much. Ugh, it shouldn't be this hard to find someone who can do a good job. BTW, I also have 2 other children and I'm thinking of shopping else where now.
