I was pretty disappointed with our experience this last time around. I booked a wash and haircut for my daughter for back to school, and she was super excited for the “salon experience” of getting her hair washed. The hair wash didn’t happen and was never even brought up until we went to pay and I clarified it didn’t happen so we didn’t pay for it. The whole experience maybe took maybe 10 minutes total from the time we entered the building to the time we left, and I felt very rushed and like I couldn’t even ask questions or really explain what I wanted for my child. The haircut itself was really no better than the covid cuts I’ve given her myself when we couldn’t go to salons. Overall, it did not feel anywhere worth the $30 it cost, including a tip, to get her hair cut here and I probably will choose elsewhere next time a cut is needed.

I called for information on how to enter for my appointment and was immediately smarted off my an employee. I asked if we call ahead for an appointment or walk in and the employee was like well there are signs all over our door that states you call so... like okay obviously I haven’t walked up to your door or I wouldn’t be calling but okay so we get there couldn’t pick our seating even if we were the only ones getting a cut there were online services to book for a wash and cut which they didn’t offer who knows why but okay get to our seat quick cut done we pay and leave the atmosphere wasn’t welcoming at all. Next time we will go the extra 20 miles to funky scissors this place will never get a penny from me again.

The lady who cut my Son’s hair wasn’t very nice. I understand it was late and she probably was tired but if you are not nice with little kids you don’t make it easy either for the kid, parents or yourself.

Was five minutes late and unaware of late policy. Ok with kids that’s tough, but fine. Was willing to wait. But the woman who greeted was EXTREMELY rude. I was so taken aback I almost left, and was uncomfortable with her the entire appointment. First haircut was okay. It was a Toddler girls haircut and it is uneven in the back. My daughter had a fine time and was comfortable there. I was not. Will not be returning. Poor customer service and poor haircut. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to this experience with my daughter and it was not what i expected.

Not happy about Angelina's hair cut at all. The stylist is very inexperienced and cut her hair extremely short

Unfortunately we saw the same hair technician that we saw last time. Last time, we noticed kellans bangs were cut HUGELY crooked and he had lines in his hair from it being cut unevenly. I had to use hair gel and hairspray in his hair to cover it for weeks. This time, we didn’t request a specific professional, but we ended up with Kristen again. My husband noticed her cutting his hair extremely unevenly again in his bangs and had to essentially coach her through where his hair cut needed to be evened out. We like Cookie Cutters, but under no circumstance will we see Kristen again.
