The lady who cut Luke's hair was super nice and very good with him. He does not like his haircut (4 1/2) years old, and she was very good with him.

Janet was great! My child is difficult with haircuts, literally kicking and screaming. Janet was super calm and efficient, as well as kind. I would definitely book with her again.

We generally had a lovely experience at Cookie Cutters (as always). The only reason I ranked "environment" and "how were you treated" as a 9 instead of a 10 is that when we were signing in at the counter and our stylist was trying to talk to me and my son, the other stylist sitting at the counter kept talking to our stylist. So much as to call her back over to look at a picture on her cell phone after our stylist had walked around the counter to speak to my son.
