Stylist was great and very patient especially since it was her last cut of the day. She took extra time to style his hair and he looked great. No complaints about the service. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Store was clean.. Price seems a little high but fair. Definitely will be back

Love the cars for them & their own TV's. My stylist this time didn't give as much advice on what I should do with her hair I think it should be a little cheaper.

The stylists were gentle and professional. My kids enjoyed their experience. The receptionist completed her job but never offered a smile.

LOVED Ainsley she was so sweet, nice and did a fabulous job on my sons hair. I was little upset when I tried to call multiple times and there was no receptionist, so ended up just doing a walk-in. The site is not user friendly I wasn’t able to book online the site just gave me the phone number. The other stylist working today was not friendly. $16 for a haircut is very expensive but my kids do love the extras

This time we had good service and staff was very friendly and helpful. We have a shy 2 year old and our last appointment had to be rescheduled because the staff member was "too busy" and because our son was having a difficult time adjusting to the new environment causing a delay. My husband was upset at the prior experience but since it was the only bad experience we had at Cookie Cutters we decided to try one more time. We had a different staff member do the second try cut and it went well.
