Haircut itself was good and they handled my child well, but I felt that the salon was not very clean. My son was placed in a seat that still had a significant amount of hair clippings over it. He did wiggle during the haircut, but I felt that he came out with more clippings stuck to his clothes than I have previously experienced at other haircuts. This is different from my prior experiences here where I had no issues. I would like to see more cleanliness in the facility in the future. Thanks.

We’ve been coming in a few years and generally leave perfect reviews..Beckett had a great experience with his stylist, she was very friendly and his hair looks nice.. Brody’s stylist did give him a nice hair cut but just seemed annoyed and not super friendly. We drive 45 minutes to come so our kids can have the experience of the kids salon and they are usually great with them. We will be back but hope to not have another experience like this

Great place for kids cuts, it’s pretty expensive in my opinion. Kids enjoy the atmosphere and the items they get after their haircut. I really like the manager she made sure the hairdresser was cutting my child’s hair correctly since there was a new stylist.

Unfortunately, my 2 year old found a beer bottle cap in the play area. Overall cleanliness could improve. Highly satisfied with staff interactions and haircut by Theresa!

Oh dear! I am sorry about the beer bottle cap. That is truly upsetting. I can promise you that the play area is cleaned out at least twice daily and I have no explanation for how that could have happened. We will certainly try to be more diligent about keeping an eye out for inappropriate items in the play area. Please accept my sincerest apologies. The environment was very kid friendly and our hair stylist was very friendly. However, the other hair stylist seemed very grumpy and gruff with the young boy whose hair she was cutting, which made us uncomfortable. We are happy with the haircut our son received. Our hair stylist (I think her name was Dawn, she had red hair) did a great job entertaining our son while she cut his hair.
