We did the first haircut package today with Theresa B! She turned on cocomelon for our son, gave him a little toy to play with, and did a great job cutting his hair. Everyone here was so nice. We would definitely recommend cookie cutters to others.

My son had a 5pm appointment. He wasn’t taken back for his cut until 5:12. That’s fine, delays happen. Then the stylist who cut his hair was informed at 5:20 that her 5:20 appointment had arrived and rushed to “finish” him. His bangs are completely crooked and his hair is completely uneven. We will not be returning.

Darcy was amazing and the most professional with my son who is deathly afraid of haircuts and he felt so comfortable he sat through the entire haircut without a fuss!
