Took my son to get his first haircut and it was the best experience. As soon as we walked in the door he said “wowww” lol He enjoyed the play area and it was nice to have an enclosed area to put him in while we waited. The stylist was so patient and kind. She did an amazing job. We will definitely be back in the future!

I love Darcy! She is so friendly and very sweet with my son too! She does a great job with his hair too, of course! She always goes back to check her cut, which I love.

Good environment for children, and I felt the employees were friendly. Noticed the lady who answered calls was quick to offer other dates to call ins inquiring about availability, and I really appreciate that she went that way to help customers. Might be a small thing to some, but things like that add up when life is busy. Thank you!

I have been taking my son to Cookie Cutters on Sawmill Rd. for quite some time. He was a rough one, to say the least. But, every one who has worked with my son has been so patient, kind, and understanding. We finally have tear-free visits, and he is now really enjoying getting his haircut. We appreciate the extra time and detail that Teresa gives during the appointment! We highly recommend!
