I had an appointment and we had to wait a long time before the haircut. Then we had to wait a long time to check out. Stylist was nice but the person at the desk seemed very disorganized and I think she was gone for a long time which caused a backup of people. Also, I wanted to put my child in the enclosed play area and there was another mom hogging it so I couldn’t get access. My child’s hair looks good but I will be going to a different location next time. I forgot to use my coupon at the end, all I wanted to do was get out of there.

The lady was way stressed out who did are son hair.she snapped at my husband when he ask me if I said I wanted to keep a piece of his first hair cut.she whipped my son head and was not verry persable kid friendly. I would come back but never to her.she was even snappy to the other lady who worked there.
