We arrived 4 minutes late due to circumstances of going places with one adult and two small children. Dawn was incredibly rude and condescending the entire appointment because of this. Will never return and do not recommend a salon that is supposed to be kid friendly when they do not understand the life of getting kids to and from places promptly.
