We’ve been bringing our son to Cookie Cutters for about a year and have always been happy. Until our last visit. The stylist was rude and condescending when we asked if she could go shorter. Our son wasn’t acting out during the cut, but it looks like he took scissors to his own hair on top. On top of the rudeness, it’s not a good haircut. After she finished the cut, she was kind enough to provide information on what the clipper numbers refer to on a scale of shortness. My husband and I both agreed we wouldn’t return to Cookie Cutters

They did not greet us properly since we were visiting for the first time. Other customers they giggling while talking but for us nothing. They did not even give that stupid token or balloon ! Only my daughter asked for it and took it ..

Stylist was too ruff when using clippers on my sons head. The clippers had a guard on but his facial expression was ouch this lady is being too rough which was obvious. Another stylist, Donna was having inappropriate discussion while she was cutting my sons hair. She was talking about how during a c-section they have to put up a curtain because they're taking your organs out during the process. Which anybody who has taken anatomy which clearly she hasn't would know that's not true. I'm really disappointed because I need somewhere to go where stylist cut children's hair and don't behave this way. Very unprofessional.

The hair stylist left all the hair from the back much longer than the front. Very bad cut.

This is our first visit to cookie cutters. It was bizarre, I have been to other salons for my haircut but I was never treated like that and was surprised the lady treated my daughter that awfully. To treat a child like that by pulling hair and moving her rudely is weird to look at let alone experience. I am sure it might be the fault of professional who gave us service but never going back there.

I just left a cookie cutters on sawmill road in Columbus oh and had a very bad experience. The hairdresser was very rude. She was a foreign middle aged lady and didn’t seem to understand what I was explaining. She started shaving his hair where I just wanted it to be cut shorter. At one point she tried to hand me the clippers and said “ you show me how to do it then”. Another worker overheard and came to ask me some questions of what I wanted. The rude hairdresser threw up her arms and said “I’m done” and walked away. Another hairdresser had to redo and finish his haircut. The second hairdresser was very helpful and I believe she was the store manager. I don’t believe I should’ve been charged for that service but paid and tipped the second hairdresser for actually being nice and being helpful.
