The actual haircut was okay, quick, friendly, and it looks fine. The person sitting at the desk when I arrived almost completely ignored us. When the hair cut was over, the stylist dumped hair all over my son's lap and back. I proceeded to the desk to pay. A trainee was working at the counter. Anther employee was instructing her to write down my credit card number, exp date, and security code. I stopped them, asked why they were writing my information, and was abruptly told their credit card machine was broken. They didn't let me know about this beforehand and when I expressed concern and asked if the information would be shredded, secured, etc. she rudely answered "I don't know. you're welcome to pay cash if it's a problem." they had several customers information already written down and just sitting out on the counter. Luckily, I had enough cash to pay for it and was acknowledged in no other way after that, even as my son was asking for a token for the prize machine. They didn't answer him and he was crying about it by the time we got to the door. I seriously doubt I will come back anytime soon.

I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service that you received at our reception desk. I am the owner and was on the phone with the young lady at the desk who had come in on her day off to try to help them. Their focus was on trying fix it and I know they were very overwhelmed and may not have been as attentive as they should have been. It turned out to be a digital connection issue and thankfully is now resolved but I am sorry that you were there to see us at our worst. Typically our customers are very happy with their visit but clearly we let you down. I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider giving us another chance. I had an appointment and we had to wait a long time before the haircut. Then we had to wait a long time to check out. Stylist was nice but the person at the desk seemed very disorganized and I think she was gone for a long time which caused a backup of people. Also, I wanted to put my child in the enclosed play area and there was another mom hogging it so I couldn’t get access. My child’s hair looks good but I will be going to a different location next time. I forgot to use my coupon at the end, all I wanted to do was get out of there.

Our first experience here with Ansley was so fantastic that we decided to drive an hour to make another appointment.Todays experience wasn’t so great. We got stuck behind an accident which caused us to be 8 minutes late. I called the location as soon as I realized we were going to be a few minutes late, whoever answered the phone told me that it will be fine because they had a cancellation. We signed in 8 minutes late and the lady told me we couldn’t be seen because we were late. I told her that I literally called 10-15 minutes ago and they said it was fine. She continued to tell me I didn’t call and she’s the only one who answered the phone. I had to physically pull out my phone and show her my call log- then she told us we would have to wait which I was absolutely fine with. Next thing I know she is cutting my sons hair- didn’t ask how I wanted and was extremely rough. His first appointment he didn’t shed a tear but this appointment he screamed bloody murder the whole time. His haircut came out fine but the customer service and overall experience was completely different. I wish I would of got her name

So when I walked in, the girl pointed to the other girl and we walked over to her. She did not introduce herself, I said, you are Lindsey? She did not have a child friendly attitude and just stood there. I expressed that we had been seeing Kara and were told she's not there anymore. I shared how I would like the haircut and she started. This experience was NOT at all FUN and honestly I had a coupon but still it's an expensive haircut at 16.95!! I expect better service and quality. Now that I'm home, I had my husband look at him and he noticed a bald space where she cut it too much. Ugh, it shouldn't be this hard to find someone who can do a good job. BTW, I also have 2 other children and I'm thinking of shopping else where now.

The place was very nice and I do think the stylist did her best with the situation. My son started crying towards the end of his haircut and we where not able to finish it. His front was not cut very well and is very short bangs. The back of his head is a bit uneven and not done. I do think that his crying was a big factor and I understand that this is out of the stylist control.
