My son had a 5pm appointment. He wasn’t taken back for his cut until 5:12. That’s fine, delays happen. Then the stylist who cut his hair was informed at 5:20 that her 5:20 appointment had arrived and rushed to “finish” him. His bangs are completely crooked and his hair is completely uneven. We will not be returning.

We have been scheduling appointments for my little one's hair cut since two years with Cookie Cutters Sawmill location. Till today my experience was quite good.Today the lady who cut his hair was not up to the mark. She just grabbed the child's face under her arm ,held his face tight. Moreover she didn't cut the hairs properly. Till now all the ladies who provided their service were nice and polite to the kid. If possible the person in charge should keep the staff who's polite and listens to its customers.

We were treated very poorly. The hair dresser literally stopped working on my child’s hair after 20 mins and said she couldn’t do it. Made my child cry making her think her hair is the problem and didn’t offer a refund or assistance with getting another hairdresser. I will never return to this place of business and will not recommend it to anyone. Absolutel horrible experience!

The Sawmill Location is absolutely horrible! Dawn put my son in a headlock and said if he would sit still there would be no problems. after i told her he was scared of the buzzer. when i tried to unbuckle him to get him away from her she kept pushing me out the way while still holding his head in her arm.

We have made 3 different appointments and every time we leave feeling the same way. I understand the haircut is timed but the way they rush through the hair cut then get aggressive with my child who isn’t even 2 yet! The lady today made two comments today that infuriated me. She aggressively buckled my kid into the firetruck making my child cry before we even started. Half way through she made the comment that she was “about to give up on him” then she cut her finger and I took my crying child out of his chair to calm him down, she said “great, it’s going to be a nightmare getting him back in the firetruck” then hurried me sitting him down and aggressively buckled him again. I thought that because this place was advertised as kid friendly that meant they had patience and was willing to help my child feel comfortable. We will never be back.

I made an appointment for a shampoo and cut for my granddaughter. She wanted layers and bangs shortened. The shampoo only happened because the stylist said she did not style hair that that would be a longer appointment. I stated my appointment was for a shampoo and cut and you would let her leave with wet hair? She then shampooed the hair but didn’t dry it all the way because her hair was curly and would be frizzy. She couldn’t style it. I was not happy. Also the store was awful. No where to sit with many children running around touching all the stuffed animals and sitting anywhere they wanted. I finally sat in a sit that wasn’t being used for a cut. I have previously liked coming here this was a disaster and $28.00 for trimming bangs and a shampoo is ridiculous. I’m taking her somewhere else tomorrow. Not a great way to run a business.
