Our experience was mostly good. The salon was very busy on a Saturday morning, and that was expected. Our stylist was great! And did a fantastic job with my child. My only criticism was with the receptionist. We were not greeted at all nor did we have much communication when we checked out. In fact, he barely looked up from his phone or computer. This is the reason for not giving a 10 for service received.
