We had a great experience here! We have previously gone to another nearby kids place, but always felt rushed and just like another head of hair to quickly cut to get another one in the chair. We then tried a regular adult chain place, and that was a disaster. Here, we were treated so kindly the second we walked in. They have a cute toddler slide which made my son immediately comfortable. Ingrid took her time with my son and gave him the best cut he's ever had. It was just a calm experience, and he stayed happy the entire time with no tears (that was a first!). After, he got a balloon which he's been carrying around for days. We will be back and recommend them to everyone! You will have a great experience!
