Asia did an amazing job. Our son finally had a great experience getting his haircut and has the haircut I've been looking for. She is talented, patient, understanding, and compassionate. Since this was going to be our first time in a Cookie Cutters, I had called in ahead and got to speak with the owner the day before our appointment. I explained to him how our son is scared of getting a haircut and how he cries the entire time. He asked what would make our sons experience better and I told him about the shows our son loves. To my delight, when we arrived all his favorite shows were playing on different screens. That was so helpful for our sons experience. The lollipops during the haircut were very helpful too. This was the first time our son left happy and tear free from getting a haircut. He walked out happy with a balloon that he got to pick out. Later on I asked our son if he liked where he got his haircut and he said yes with a great big smile.
