The location is great: the play area, the chairs, the walls, the TVs - everything is tailored to kids. The hair cut my son received was quick, professional, and hassle free; I was very happy with the cut. The stylist was friendly and very accommodating. My son looked around a bunch and wasn't too interested in cooperating, but the stylist was very patient while working quickly at the same time. The price is very reasonable for the service as well. I am extremely pleased and will definitely be coming back.

She chopped all his hair after I told her exactly what he gets. She was borderline physically abusive and kept grabbing his neck and head and reprimanding him when he wasn’t even moving. Even AFTER I told her to stop. Said he would’ve gotten a better cut if she was having a better day. 💯 mentally unstable and looks like she learned how to cut hair during her stint in prison. Then on the way out said “in light of all the things going on in the world, a bad haircut doesn’t matter”.

Letty was terrible. I will never let her but my son’s hair again. I’ve never had to hold my son down while he screamed. He’s been having bad dreams all night waking up screaming. He always sleeps through the night. She is a horrible woman to treat a 1.5 year old like like. Shame on you for employing a woman like this. And his hair is all crooked. I feel robbed. Yunice is amazing and we will never go to Letty again.
