This was the worst haircut my son has EVER had! I’ve been coming to cookie cutters for years! Your staff is always changing! The hairdressers don’t know how to cut hair! My son keeps complaining about hair on his back! I pulled my kids out early booked both their appt. For 2:45 same time but apparently the “system” made it back to back! I saw how the lady was cutting it! She has no skills! She is so slow! Alisha didn’t charge me for the haircut but doesn’t matter my son’s hair was still ruined! I went to a barber to get it fixed and the barber asked me did you cut it??? What is this! My son was so happy they took extra measures not to have hair get all on the neck and back! You guys need to do a better job with time management and have more employees who actually know how to cut hair and cleanliness!!!

Horrible haircut. Very disappointing. Hair uneven, sideburns are different on both sides- one is square shaped and other is angled shaped. It’s not even in the back. Just horrible haircut for my poor child! Will never come back here ever again! The whole haircut took about 7 mins. I was horrified! Very unprofessional. I had to tell the stylist to redo it a couple times and then I finally gave up. I had to fix it when I got home and it still can’t be saved.

After spending easy over 300 dollars in reloading the Pre-cut rewards program card three times and purchasing products our experience the 5 times we’ve visited has decreased tremendously! We are told the stylist can only spend 15mins on each cut which is understandable however, don’t cut our time short by answering phone calls, helping out other customers in between cutting our children’s hair. All while there is other stylist/employees sitting around on their phone. If there is a time limit that is a company issue not a paying customer issue! What happened to quality!?

The stylist who cut my daughter hair, Sierra, was absolutely horrible. Completely unprofessional. My daughter just turned 2 and was crying and she got frustrated immediately and was ready to abort the hair cut. To top it off she started to yell at another customer about their appointment to the point that another set of parents who just walked in were looking at each other like something was wrong. Another stylist encouraged me to call the manager since she was making such a scene. This was incredibly embarrassing for a company who deals with kids to behave so poorly to a 2 year old who was upset which she only made worse with being mean.
