We visited the Ellicott City location for my 15 month old son's first haircut. The staff was professional and friendly. My son seemed relaxed and comfortable. We were in and out within 30 minutes. We worked with Brittany who I spoke with over the phone before the appointment as well. She was superb in answering all of my questions. We booked the appointment through the app which was very easy and used our first cut reward discount from downloading the app! Brittany was very bubbly and warm which put my son at ease. She listened to our feedback and asked a lot of questions to ensure we were happy with the outcome... and we were! I will be bringing my son back to Cookie Cutters and Brittany for his next cut. Highly recommend!

After we left, I saw multiple red spots and mini cuts on my son’s head and ears. Although, I understand it was hard to cut his hair since he was upset and wiggling in a chair, I wish he did not have those little injuries. I wander if buzzer was not sharp enough? Anyway, I am not sure if we will ever come back or reefer anyone to this place.

We love this place! From the special vehicle seats to the play gym to entertain siblings to the stylists, we love it all! We're especially like stylist Brittney. She knows how to deal with longer boys hair and how to cut for cowlicks.
