This was my daughter’s first haircut, and the process felt overwhelming and entirely rushed. I expected the stylist to introduce herself, talk to her, tell her what would happen. Instead she sort of silently started just handling her hair, which freaked my daughter out. The cut was fine and my kid recovered in the end but it was not as kid friendly as I had expected. She also lost it when she lost at the claw game, so we’ll avoid that next time..

The hairdresser was in a hurry and we felt rushed through. My son’s haircut looks unfinished and his bangs were not thinned out which was not visible when his hair was wet . She did not dry his hair at all and did not even use the hair dryer to remove the hairs from his neck , which every other hair stylists always does. the cover up was probably not even put properly because he was completely covered with hairs on one side . It was not a good experience and the result was not good as well.

Danielle was wonderful. She was friendly with Grady, professional, and super fast! We love his new haircut!

I feel the 15 minute increment of appointments lessens the quality time and cut of the stylist. Quality of cut and overall experience will bring more clients instead of trying to increase profits with the quantity of clients.
