Alicia was awesome but our grandson is totally afraid of a haircut. We are hoping that he will do better as he gets used to the experience. The front of his hair wasn’t straight but he was tough-not Alicia’s fault for sure.

I asked if I could hold my son and if only an inch or so could be taken off. He was put in a chair any way and was very uncomfortable the whole time. The hair cut took a long time and the length was shorter than expected. The stylist and cashier were both scrambling trying to figure out the payment system, which took awhile to check out, leaving no time for a balloon for him

The team here is always welcoming and Ms. Gloria was amazing with trying to get my son comfortable and kept him occupied during his cut.

My son had a hard time today and had lots of anxiety about getting him haircut and his stylist was patient and helped him though it. Thank you!

Stylist didn’t ask if it was their first haircut. Didn’t introduce any tools to them just when straight into the service. They didn’t bother to clean the seat or area before having my child sit down. She was just trying to beat the time and rushed the entire service. Wasn’t patient with the child. She did a sloppy job and missed a couple of hairs on the side and back of the neck. At one point my child said “oww” and proceeded to cry. Instead of listening to him she responded with “you don’t have an owie don’t be silly, it doesn’t hurt”. I arrived at home and realized he had a scratch on his cheek, she was rushing and rough and wasn’t careful where she was placing her clippers. The price was way too high for a 5 min service. On top of everything she let all the hair fall on his clothes and down his back. Their should’ve been a full length cape on him.
