Stylist was 25 minutes late for appointment. Rushed through the haircut, didn’t do the wash, missed big chunks of hair. Really disappointed.

Alisha was amazing. Our son has sensory sensitivities and Alisha was kind and patient through the whole haircut. She explained the process and suggestions in a respectful way. She was understanding and listened when we explained what we wanted. I really appreciated the TV to help distract him. I especially appreciated her patience when we asked for a little more to be cut off. Overall great, safe, and comfortable experience.

Less rush. I feel like stylists should take a little more time with each customer. The experience felt really rushed which ended being stressful. Also my son’s haircut was a little botched with I think it had to do with the rushing to get to the next customer . I don’t know if we will be back
