When we got home, we realized that my daughter’s haircut was completely uneven—longer in the back than in the front. I would like to come in and have her hair fixed for no charge.

The stylist did not clean the car for my child after the previous child was finished. When we asked, she huffed and asked me to move from where I was standing. Half the employees were not wearing their masks. It's just frustrating to have the policies and then ignore them. The haircut was fine, but she didn't interact well with my child. She seemed annoyed at him a couple times which is enough for me to seek out other services next time.

My daughter said she will not go thr again as the person who did her cut was very rough and bruised three times on her eyes.

I asked for her hair to be longer in the front…like an inverted bob. She got done and it was shorter int he front. I asked her why it wasn’t longer in the front and she said sorry for the misunderstanding. Waste. Of. Money.

Very frustrating experience. I had an appointment for my 1 year old son at 130. When we arrived, we were told another family who originally had appointments at 130 and 145 were both now at 130 meaning we had to wait until they were done and did not end up being seen until after 145. No apology from the stylist. My son my was getting impatient as was I. Overall poor customer service.

I’m not comfortable posting a picture of our child but the haircut was bad. The front of his hair was cut very blunt. His side burns weren’t even and had long stands sticking out near his ears that had to be trimmed by us at home. I couldn’t help but notice that the hairdresser messed up the little boys hair before our appointment as well. I usually don’t complain but 2795 is a lot for haircut that was not good. We usually have a great experience and always come back here when he needs a haircut but this hairdresser definitely could use some more training.
