I asked if I could hold my son and if only an inch or so could be taken off. He was put in a chair any way and was very uncomfortable the whole time. The hair cut took a long time and the length was shorter than expected. The stylist and cashier were both scrambling trying to figure out the payment system, which took awhile to check out, leaving no time for a balloon for him

The hairstylist wouldn’t finish the daughter’s hair because she moved too much. She never communicated with me until I asked her to make her bangs shorter. Once she made the bangs short she said “I’m done her 15mins were up. But her hair still needed to be cut. Now I have to pay for her hair to be fixed.

Horrible customer service and scheduling issues. And its always rush there.

Let me start this off by saying we've gone to Cookie Cutters before so we know what to expect. This was the first time using this specific location though. Our appointment was at 9:30am. They called us at EXACTLY 9:30am (we were still driving to the location) to ask where we were. I said we were right around the corner and we'd be arriving very soon. The girl said, "Well how long is 'soon'? If you're not here in 5 minutes we'll have to move you to a later time slot". None of this was said to us in a friendly, warm way. Very cold. We arrive a few minutes later, at 9:33am, so we were able to keep our appointment. The entire time the stylist was just cold. That's the only way I can think to describe it. Nothing about our experience was pleasant. She did do a good job in that my son's haircut looked great, but it was not a "cookie cutter" experience. They did not offer for us to pick what was on the TVs. They did not offer him a balloon. We felt like we were an inconvenience to them by us being there. The stylist was not friendly. She did not do any "playful kid things". The only thing that made this a kid's place was the fact that the chair was a car and the walls were painted red and yellow. We would have had the same experience if I would have taken my son to Sport Clips. Then, to top it off, when we were done it was 9:50am so there were 10 extra minutes to spare. So the entire threat of saying we had to be there within 5 minutes was pointless. A lot of this may sound critical, or "extra", but like I said we've used Cookie Cutters before so we know what the standard is. This experience was horrible. The whole point of having a hair salon that is geared to KIDS is to try and make the kids have a good time while they're there. We will never go to this location again, nor will we recommend it.

Less rush. I feel like stylists should take a little more time with each customer. The experience felt really rushed which ended being stressful. Also my son’s haircut was a little botched with I think it had to do with the rushing to get to the next customer . I don’t know if we will be back

Uneven haircut for my 2 year old. Cut was complete in 2 minutes. After that I pointed out to so many uneven hairs. Stylist took care of the pointed ones but after coming home, I realized that there were un even hairs. Some were short and some were long
