I would normally give a great review but I was disappointed to see during my visit that a family that was there with several kids were not wearing masks (the mom even pulled hers down at one point). All of the kids - minus a baby - were old enough to wear a mask. My son wore one and always wears one in public. I feel it is the responsibility of the business to enforce masks. I won’t be returning and will find a salon that does enforce the mask mandate. There is zero excuse.

The hair cut itself always need improvement but for a fast service, price and consider that child not always in a mood to get it .... this place is just fine.

Cookie Cutters is very convenient to our home so we go there. They are very welcoming to children and have a clean environment. Cartoons are playing during the cut. We’ve been here a few times. Sometimes we’ve only had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before our appointment and sometimes we’ve had to wait 30 minutes for our appointment. My kids love the small indoor play area and getting a treat and a balloon after the cut. The cutlets are not too precise, but it’s good enough for young children until we grow out of it. Staff is all very nice!

My son was disappointed he could not pick his car and had to use the pink one. I think it is rediculous that she could not accommodate him as all the other chairs were empty

One thing I always find very irritating is the claw machine for the kids. Yes, they “give” the kids coins for 2 tries; however, they never “win”. Try explaining that to a two year old. An old stylist, whois no longer there, always used to just open the machine to give my son one. I always appreciated this. She truly understood kids. Frankly, I’d rather you charge me $.50 or $1 more to just give my kid that lame rubber duck than hand us the quarters, when I know he won’t win, and then send me out the door with a disappointed kid. Talk about corporate greed at the expense of kids!
