I was not pleased with the service provided for my son today. This is the second time it’s happening with the same lady who cut his hair today. I explained her how to do the hair , showed pictures and even asked her to look at the notes in the computer but she took off too much hair then expected on the sides and my son has a professional picture day at school on Tuesday. So I’m not very pleased with the service provided , I was really looking forward to this haircut today but I’m disappointed. Thank you.

I have been a customer for a while now but not a good experience this time. Very bad hair cut and lady behavior was not good. As my kid did not follow her commands so she was frustrated multiple times and kept nodding her head. I would still recommend this place to friends and family as this was the first time, had a bad experience.

The haircut we received was not what was asked for and it is uneven. We will have to find somewhere else to fix it. This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed with cuts at this location, but hair grows back. But it will be the last because we will be searching for somewhere else.

There was an incident not with the person who attended us but an employee and a walk in guest, where the employee was extremely aggressive, disrespectful, rude, and horrible service. Sierra needs to be observed by management and demoted. I did not find it appreciate Sierra getting aggressive and screaming g across the salon at a customer in front of my child. The receptionist and my stylist Gloria maintained their composure and tried to asssig the customers. But I refuse to EVER let Sierra attend me of my family.

I had a booked appointment at 4:15 PM but I was only called for my son's haircut around 4:45 pm. There were several people who walked in before us and were accommodated. I am assuming booked appointments, on a first come first serve basis is the queue system followed across all service stores.

Though quick, the service was rushed and the environment less than clean. The shears had not been washed between haircuts and the haircutter got another kids hair all over my daughter's face and mask. Everyone was nice, but it wasn't an ideal first experience.
