This was my daughter’s first haircut, and the process felt overwhelming and entirely rushed. I expected the stylist to introduce herself, talk to her, tell her what would happen. Instead she sort of silently started just handling her hair, which freaked my daughter out. The cut was fine and my kid recovered in the end but it was not as kid friendly as I had expected. She also lost it when she lost at the claw game, so we’ll avoid that next time..

We made an appointment with Danielle, but upon arrival she was behind with another client. Instead we had to go with Gloria. Although she was very very nice, she rushed the entire experience and was a bit aggressive (there’s slight cuts on the sides of his ear and neck from how hard she was doing it, I was literally right next to her). Made husband did ask for a short haircut, however, she buzzed his hair way too short considering how cold it is. The haircut itself is not blended well, especially in the back leading up to the top of his head. She did not blend together as you can clearly see a huge line between the fade and the top of his hair. Rather than asking her to fix it, we decided just leave since our son was starting to lose patience, and our other son’s haircut came out great (with Brittany). Overall we will probably be back, but for $20 my husband is definitely not happy with how rushed the whole process was and how my son’s haircut doesn’t blend at all.

When I called for an apt they said they were fully booked, so I checked online and a booked it and when I went in everyone was just sitting and talking.

The children needs a face guard so that the hair doesn’t get in their eyes.

Normally my sons hair cutter is kind, nice, and pleasant. when we came in for his haircut she was in an not so pleasant mood and rushed through my sons haircut. From the time he sat in the chair until she was done it literally had only been 5 mins it has never been that fast I couldn't even believe she was done that quick. She made some spots on his hair look uneven and I had to keep letting her know I didn't like the way it looked to cut it down some and fixed the areas that didn't look so great. Very disappointed with the service this time around.

We took an appointment with Alisha and reached about 10 mins early. We could see that Alisha wasn’t cutting anyone else’s hair and there was no one else but she sent us to another person and said if we want her to cut our kids hair we will have to wait. What is that attitude? The whole time of our kids haircut she did not do any other cut so what was the problem in taking the cut as we booked, 7 mins earlier?
