The staff was very friendly. However I came in for a simple haircut for my daughter. I was surprised that they didn’t ask me if I wanted her hair shampooed before they began cutting. The stylist put some water in her hair a brushed it out. I thought she was going to brush and then wash it. She started cutting and did not make sure my daughter’s hair was parted. When I asked about it she said it wasn’t a big deal because that was her natural part. It was not. When we were done I parted her hair and some of it was longer than it should be because it was not parted correctly. My daughter was very happy with her hair so I smile and made her feel good. But the cut was not even and very choppy. I am extremely disappointed.
