There was an incident not with the person who attended us but an employee and a walk in guest, where the employee was extremely aggressive, disrespectful, rude, and horrible service. Sierra needs to be observed by management and demoted. I did not find it appreciate Sierra getting aggressive and screaming g across the salon at a customer in front of my child. The receptionist and my stylist Gloria maintained their composure and tried to asssig the customers. But I refuse to EVER let Sierra attend me of my family.

I won’t be bringing my daughter back. I know stylists can be scissor happy, and I discussed and showed the stylist where I wanted my daughters hair cut. I didn’t know I needed to stand sentinel over her to make sure my directions were followed. She cut her hair about 2 inches shorter than I requested, with the front way shorter because she “put in a layer.” I did not request a layer. The stylist asked if I wanted her to even it out when I told her I thought she was cutting it all one length, and I didn’t like that it was shorter in the front. I told her I didn’t want her to cut it any more. I’m so disappointed. My daughter was happy initially, but then when she came over to me in the shop—before I said anything—said it feels short I can’t see the back. And when we got home and she could see it more—said she looks like she did when she was five. It stylists aren’t familiar with cutting curly/wavy styles—-where you would cut it longer so when it dries the appropriate length is achieved—please inform the customer beforehand.

We have been to Cookie Cutters three times now and our last two visits have been with Alisha. She is AMAZING!! I can't recommend her enough! She is patient and most of all efficient! As she is able to deal with my child who doesn't like his haircut and has shown some difficulties when getting his haircut in the past. Each visit with Alisha has made him more confident in enjoying his time at Cookie Cutters. It's people like Alisha that provide a parent with a "feel-good" attitude when seeing the positive changes in a once difficult situation.

I booked an appointment for my son's 1st haircut with the 1st Hair Cut package. The person who cut his hair had, I assume, never done this, and didn't capture the images correctly. So when I received the certificate it was two after pictures instead of a before and after. I understand that things happen, but no one seemed like they were even remotely sorry for what happened. I get that it's just another haircut for them... but he only gets one 1st ever haircut, and we entrusted that the small momento would be something to save and appreciate in years to come. The staff was arguing in front of us over who did what wrong and the whole thing was extremely unprofessional. Im Deeply disappointed.
