Highly recommend Susan especially for any gender non-conforming/trans kids. Hair cuts can be really daunting and Susan was amazing with reassuring me during setting up the appointment and while working with my child!

Though quick, the service was rushed and the environment less than clean. The shears had not been washed between haircuts and the haircutter got another kids hair all over my daughter's face and mask. Everyone was nice, but it wasn't an ideal first experience.

We love going to see Gloria. She’s a pro at making the kids okay with getting their haircut and she somehow manages to cut our sons hair great, even while he’s crying and fighting her. We’re so grateful for Gloria!
