One thing I always find very irritating is the claw machine for the kids. Yes, they “give” the kids coins for 2 tries; however, they never “win”. Try explaining that to a two year old. An old stylist, whois no longer there, always used to just open the machine to give my son one. I always appreciated this. She truly understood kids. Frankly, I’d rather you charge me $.50 or $1 more to just give my kid that lame rubber duck than hand us the quarters, when I know he won’t win, and then send me out the door with a disappointed kid. Talk about corporate greed at the expense of kids!

Danielle is great. This is the 3rd time we have been with our 16 month old and each time is better than the last. Thankful for a fun, relaxed atmosphere to help get used to haircuts.

We love how friendly everyone is and that there are activities for our other child while one is getting their haircut. And the tv at each station is wonderful. We have gone to other locations and the Ellicott Coty location is fantastic!
